Gymnastics Classes


Parent Tot Program

This program is for children ages 22 months to 3 1/2 years old. The parent is asked to assist in the familiarization of the child to a new environment and join in the fun. These classes are 45 minutes in length and are designed to develop gross motor motion skills and spatial awareness.


Tiny Tots Program

Our tiny-tots program is designed for children age 3 and potty trained. These classes are for children that can participate without their parents assistance. The class length is 45 minutes.



The preschool program is for children ages 4 to 5. The children are introduced to the world of gymnastics through the use of specialized equipment. Class length this age extends to 55 minutes



These classes are for children ages 5 to 6 who attend kindergarten. Their gymnastics learning is expanded upon further with more advanced skills and methods. The class length is 55 minutes


Recreational Classes

Our recreational program is for children ages 6 years and older. The classes provide the children with a strong foundation of basic skills. Using these skills, they are given the opportunity to advance in the sport to any level. These 1 hour classes are strictly non-competitive and are designed solely for the enjoyment of learning gymnastics.


Definition of Skill Level for Recreational Classes:

Beginner: No experience required. We will focus on:
Floor: forward and backward rolls, cartwheel, handstand
Bars: pullover, front support, forward roll
Beam: kicks, jumps, roundoff dismount
Vault: board drills

Intermediate: Must have graduated from beginner or be able to do most of the following skills:
Floor: cartwheel with straight legs, roundoff, straight arm bridge
Bars: pullover, straight arm front support, forward roll
Beam: kicks, jumps, handstand, forward roll, roundoff dismount
Vault: correct hurdle onto springboard

Advanced: Must have graduated from intermediate or be able to do most of the following skills:
Floor: front/back walkover, handsprings (with some spotting)*
Bars: pullover, back hip circle, tap swings
Beam: handstand, cartwheel, turns, round off dismount
Vault: Handstand flatback
